The client decides the sessions pace and subject and the therapist helps to focus it. Psychotherapy is a holistic practice; it incorporates all four aspects of life, mind, body, emotion, and spirit.
When we are healthy and balanced we feel good, when we feel good we are at peace, contented and can handle the stresses in our lives better, we want to reach out and be close to those around us and we have the confidence to take that next step whatever it may be.
